Class description

Regardless of your level, age or experience, I will invite you to reconnect to your body, mind and soul through the practice of asanas (poses), breath techniques (pranayama) and meditation.


The practice will give you the opportunity to relax and find your inner light, leaving you with a sense of calm within and empowering you to serve others.

Teacher bio

I was born in Spain and my love for cooking lead me to train in the culinary arts. I moved to London, working in some remarkable restaurants and kitchens.

In 2018 I connected with the holistic and scientific practice of Yoga, completing my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. 


Thanks to Yoga and the right mindset I was able to bring a different perspective to the kitchen and other aspects of my life. This is what I hope for you too; to be more conscious, to be able to connect with your true essence and live each day wholeheartedly.
