These are included in all class packs and memberships.

DYNAMIC VINYASA

With vinyasa sequences taken at a slightly quicker pace, this class emphasises development of strength and stamina whilst maintaining controlled synchronised breathing (a valuable life skill!).  This class will appeal to people who enjoy a physically challenging practice. You are likely to sweat in this class. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

VINYASA FLOW

A dynamic sequence of flowing postures at a moderate pace, syncing movement with breath, and leaving you feeling energised. Mixed level class.

HATHA FLOW

SCARAVELLI

In Scaravelli-inspired movement, you release to gravity and use that grounding to lengthen and free the spine. This approach is sometimes referred to as 'wavy' yoga and is great for loosening and soothing stiffness in the back and pelvis. In these classes you will work strongly with the breath and be encouraged to do less in order to achieve more.

HATHA

 

 

Just like it sounds, this class is a blend of traditional yoga postures and flow sequences.

Open to all levels.

ALIGN, STRETCH AND RESTORE

Inspired by the approach developed by BKS Iyengar, this class emphasises proper alignment (often with the use of props) and is designed to improve flexibility, balance and strength. This class will appeal to people who want to improve their posture, refine their technique and/or brush up on specific alignment points of traditional yoga poses. Open to all levels.

This class consists of traditional yoga postures to improve strength and suppleness, some breathing practices and time to quieten the mind. Mixed level class, also suitable for beginners.

This class is relaxing and recuperative for both body and mind, and emphasises ‘being’ over ‘doing’. Props are used to comfortably support the body to hold poses for longer and open through passive stretching. Suitable for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or yoga experience.

YIN YOGA

 

 

Long-held floor-based poses for deep connective tissue work targeting specific areas of the body, working with meridians based on philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 

GENTLE EXPLORATIVE YOGA

 

Gentle breath-led exploration of our unique bodies with nurturing guidance to help and support the development of a safe personal practice. 

 

 

This class aims to strengthen the body in an even way by working the muscles, and improving postural alignment and flexibility. Particular emphasis is placed on core strength in order to enhance general fitness and wellbeing.
