We are offering a full schedule of online yoga, pilates and meditation practices to get you through this lockdown. We've introduced a new 30 day online unlimited pass so you can practice with us as much as you like from your own home. We look forward to seeing you! 

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR ONLINE PRACTICE:
 

  • Login to Zoom a few minutes before your class is due to start to ensure you're well set-up for your practice. 
     

  • Prepare your space in advance - make sure you have all your props to hand, you can light some candles or burn some incense too to create an atmosphere!

  • If you would like your teacher to see you (and we'd really like to see you!) please place your camera in such a way that it's possible.

  • Some people like using wireless headphones - if you have them, why not give it a go!
