COVID has meant that many of the traditional support mechanisms for pregnant women are not currently in place. We wanted to provide a space for women to connect and socialise at a time when it can feel isolating to be pregnant.
Week 1: the true core: pelvic floor and abdominal strengthening.
Week 2: glutes and legs
Week 3: upper body strength
Week 4: relaxation
The course is suitable for all trimesters and is run by our wonderful Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, Finola. Finola is an expert in women's health and such a help to her patients. For any questions, please contact her directly.
