Class description

In my Mindfulness and Vitality sessions we work on both the fundamental skills - conscious breathing, concentration, body awareness, relaxation, fitness and vitality - as well as the so-called soft skills - stress management, emotion management and mindfulness.

I love to inspire others for a meaningful and purposeful life. It is my mission.

Teacher bio

Sonia is a mathematician, aspiring philosopher, life consultant, high performance trainer and writer.

Sonia has been a specialist teacher in life mentoring, mindfulness and mindset since 2004 and demonstrator of  DeROSE Method high performance techniques.
