Wednesdays 11:30am -12:30pm

This is a space to check in with another and share a bit about our experiences of social distancing. The aim is to reduce feelings of isolation and remain as healthy as possible, both mentally and physically.


The group includes peer support, sharing of practical coping tools, and some user-friendly psycho-educational theories and models to help us make sense of what we are going through.

Spaces are limited to ensure a safe, personable atmosphere, so early booking is recommended.


There is no fixed cost for the group, though donations are welcome from those who can afford to contribute. Please make your donations to
