We know that schools being closed is putting an immense strain on both children and their parents.
These Yoga for Teenagers Courses are designed to help your children alleviate some of this stress and anxiety, in a fun, creative and sociable way.
Our wonderful teachers, Pippa and Lila will expertly guide your children through the session, leaving them feeling calm, happy and centred.
Course contribution: £32 (all 4 sessions)
