As Yoga teachers, we often hear that people feel unsure about joining a group Yoga class due to not being flexible, or thinking that Yoga is not suitable for them. 

This course is all about helping you to find the Yoga practice that is right for you - regardless of age, gender or experience. 

Our co-owner, Benaisha will take you through gentle movements, making sure at every point you are comfortable and at ease.
