Mime-fulness is the place where playfulness and mindfulness meet- a spiritual practice that combines awareness with creativity, movement with self expression and stillness with silliness.

Don’t worry, there is no solo performing -but we would really like you to bring your sense of humour along as well.

Hosted by Ailon Freedman.

A Christmas beginners course (1).png

  Thursdays, 28th November - 19th December

Learn the foundations of yoga practice, including common poses (asanas) and breathing techniques to calm the mind.

You will develop body awareness and confidence in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, and will be encouraged to progress at your own pace so that you can discover the benefits of yoga for yourself.

Maximum class size of 8 people, so you will get plenty of individual instruction!

Everything you need is provided  (including yoga mats and props), though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Wear shorts or leggings and a vest or t-shirt - something comfortable and reasonably close-fitting works well as it won’t restrict your movement.

We do our classes in bare feet and suggest that you don't eat for 2 hours before class starts.

This course will suit you if you are new to yoga, unless you have a serious medical condition, have had recent major surgery, or are pregnant. If you are unsure whether this course is for you, just give us a call.

Price: £60, or £50 early bird if booked by 22nd November.

20% discount if booked in a pair!

(If booking in a pair, please get in touch so that we can give you your discount.)

Drumming workshop

Our African Drumming workshop gives you the chance to learn to play the African “Djembe” Drum. Explore the “bass, tone, slap” sounds of the drum and discover why African drumming is irresistible and gets you naturally high.

Drumming is a great way to release stress and develop creativity- and it’s also the oldest form of communal musical bonding. The session will also include time to dance, shake and move to the beat.

If you happen to have your own drum, please bring it with you- otherwise drums will be provided.

Cost: £15 or £11.37 concessions
