What it involves:
A group past life regression is a very light form of meditative trance. You will be laying down (or sitting on a chair if you want) with your eyes closed as you listen to and follow Genna’s voice who will guide you through a journey using your imagination, like a guided meditation. It’s a light state and gives you a taster - an opportunity to practice receiving information from yourself. It is the same kind of state you allow yourself to go into when listening to any guided meditation.

With adequate practice and understanding of these forces, both women and men can transcend the limitations of the mind and become one with life.
The Circle of Feminine Deities reveals the universe functioning and our psyche. When we adore and recognise Goddess within, we come to know the divinity within us, our power, our grace and our oneness with the creation of life. Together, in sacred ceremony, we rediscover and honour the divine feminine within as we invite her expression to be seen, heard and felt. Allowing the power of our wisdom, emotions and intuition to be our guide.
Allow yourself to delve into this pure and nourishing space that will enable you to slow down, face your limitations, re-connect to your wisdom and empower the perfect being you are. In this workshop, expect healing yoga practice, rites, invocational chanting, sharing circle, meditation, and more.
Facilitators:
Clair Rosa (Shankari Mari Ma Murugananda Saraswati) is a yoga therapist, educator and healer with over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga. Due to her discipline and devotion, she has been initiated into Táraka Yoga and received the title of Mataji as a devotional tribute to Mother Goddess. Her work with the divine feminine and the sacred masculine has been transforming many lives. Her unique way of touching people's hearts provides comfort, well-being, knowledge, and strength beyond the genders. It's a guide so you can recognise your own being and live fully and happily.
Carina Bidese (Bhavani Ananda Saraswati) is a yoga therapist and teacher, and group facilitator, with over 15 years of experience in the field of yoga and psychology. Reaching over 750h of training in Táraka Yoga in Brazil and India, she also did an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology in London. Creativity, emotional balance, strengths and self-awareness are her main areas of work.

Sound bath is a meditative experience, where you are bathed in sound waves.

Rebirthing Breath work and Sound Healing Journey

Kasia will open the space. The Rebirthing session will last around 1 hour. Sometimes breathing is done via the nose, sometimes via the mouth - depending on the group needs and energy. Rebirthing is a simple yet powerful breathing technique, relaxing and healing on all levels. It is very safe. Participants will lie on the mats. Each person will be supported to move through whatever will be released and felt during breathing.
Within our breath we have encoded patterns which keep repeating themselves in our life and through conscious, connected breathing we can have impact on them saying goodbye to those which don’t serve us any more and saying hello to the new ones which are more desirable. Truth, Simplicity and Love are the key elements of Rebirthing.
Michael will open the sound healing space and begin with a medicine drum journey, move to singing bowls, take you into an intensely clearing gong healing, returning you back to the earth and your body with drone the drone flute. He will also be using other sound tools at his disposal intuitively during the journey as needed.
There will be a voluntary sharing session at the end of each session to check in with everyone.
The session will last approximately 2.5 hours. Please be punctual to avoid disruption for other attendees.

Rebirthing Breath work and Sound Healing Journey

Niloufar will open the space and begin the breath work session. Conscious connected breathing, also known as Rebirthing, is a simple yet powerful breathing technique. It addresses negative conscious and sub-conscious patterns and beliefs by bringing them to the surface, for healing, awareness, integration and acceptance.
Participants will lie down on mats in a circle and together we will start conscious connected breathing through the mouth and enter into a journey of sound and breath. Niloufar will guide the breathing journey and support each individual to move through the challenging experiences. By opening up areas of blockage, or stuckness in the breath and thus the body, we can access much deeper sources of joy, power, love and clarity.

The approaching holiday season can be a testing time, bringing stress and challenges in addition to the joy and connections we hope for.
In this unique 3-hour workshop, you will learn strategies and practices which help to manage and reduce anxiety.
The workshop will be a blend of yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, psychoeducation, and exercises from a range of psychotherapeutic lenses:
- Neurobiological (what happens in our bodies and brains when we are anxious)
- Cognitive Behavioural (the link between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours)
- Solution Focused (exploring what it's like to feel calmer)
- Transpersonal (what might be beyond the anxious symptoms)
You will be given a booklet to capture your impressions on the day, and there is no expectation to speak or share personal information with others unless you want to. The workshop will end with a nurturing nidra so that you leave feeling relaxed.
The workshop will be facilitated by Odessa Mack, who is a yoga teacher, BACP registered integrative therapist and trainer with over 15 years of experience. She is the original founder of Zenw2 and has worked in the charity sector, private practice and the NHS.

Guided art workshop with live meditative soundscape

Aurelie and Michael will begin with a short demonstration to guide you into the meditative state.
After a warm up exercise to encourage you to flow freely with your art making, Aurelie will guide students to draw and paint freely in dialogue with the sound – this creative and meditative experience aims at exploring how the sound influences the artworks created live. She will help you to respond to the music in a visual way and to play with colours, shapes and textures.
Michael will provide a continuous soundscape incorporating electronic elements as well as traditional sound healing instruments like singing bowls, shruti box, gong, flute, koshi chimes, medicine drum and more!
Through the interactions between Michael’s flow sound and Aurelie’s mindful art, you will be discovering new ways to transform your emotions and inner thoughts visually.

Joy & Flow: a heart-body experience

Feeling stressed, disconnected from your body, or tense? Or do you need some self care time, bringing ease, flow, lightness and joy into your being?
If you answered yes then this is a great space for you to come join.
Just as much as our body has learnt to keep certain muscles tight, hold tension and stress, run certain negative, neural pathway programs and hold onto energetic blockages, the body can also learn to release the muscles, re-program the nervous system and get energy to flow efficiently through the body again.
In the session we release the tightness, tension, stress and blockages within the body. This brings in more ease, spaciousness, flow, relaxation and lightness. With our increased openness, relaxation and flow our hearts can expand and open up and we can experience more joy, love and compassion.
We achieved and experience this through Somatic Movement, Breath-work, Kundalini Yoga, Mantra and Dance. An experience like no other!

An evening of light and lightness
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing method from Japan. The word Reiki is translated as Rei – Source and Ki – Energy, meaning Universal Life Force Energy. Most people feel they are guided into a calming, meditative state where they can explore their inner world.
Having a reiki treatment is very personal to the receiver. Many sink into a deeply relaxing, meditative state, see colours or visuals, and feel different sensations, such as warmth, tingling or pulsating energy. From this place of groundedness and connection, many insights or intuitions can come forward either during the session or over the following days.
Although Reiki is often used alongside spiritual practices, it is not religious. Reiki is a very safe and non-invasive complementary therapy. Practitioners use intention to share this energy through their hands, which can gently rest on your body or remain just above, at your preference.

Shakti means power, energy, or force. Mythologically, Shakti is always described as feminine, often personified as the goddess, Devi, the divine feminine consort of the divine masculine god Shiva. But at the deepest level, Shakti transcends gender. This feminine principle sustains life in all its forms and levels, and also governs our spiritual evolution. With adequate practice and understanding of this forces, both women and men can transcend limitations and manifest its talents and personal power, which can lead one to self-realisation.
The Circle of Feminine Deities reveals the universe functioning and our psyche, and this retreat aims to immerse ourselves into these worlds. Once the veil of illusion is pulled back, we can understand the deeper truths of life, which are hidden behind our attachment to the forms.
In this 1-day retreat for women, expect healing yoga, yoga philosophy, invocational chanting, withdrawal of senses, meditation, nourishing food, and a transformational day.

Join us for a midwife-led Baby Massage Course with the wonderful Kirsty, founder of Mamas Rock.
Learning Baby Massage is a gentle and loving way to relax and communicate with your baby. It has been used for centuries in many cultures as a way to promote health and wellbeing. Baby massage can also help promote the bond between you and your baby and provide some special time for you to spend together.
Throughout the 4 week course you will learn a whole repertoire of strokes for the entire body that you can practice at home and a true skill for life.

January is just around the corner and it's time to envision 2022! Have you ever made a vision board? The idea is to create a visual image of your dreams and aspirations for the upcoming year. However, instead of having a board stuck in the back of your cupboard, we'll be making a notebook cover so you can carry your plans with you wherever you go!
The workshop will start with a yoga practice to connect and embrace yourself and your dreams, followed by a DIY collage-drawing-painting notebook cover.
More than ever, there is no right or wrong, no art skills or yoga experience required: just you and the wish to play freely and embrace the 2022 of your dreams.
All the art supplies are included in the price but feel free to bring your own materials.
