Candlelit WORKSHOP in honour of international women's day

Join us for a supportive and uplifting evening to celebrate the feminine in honour of International Women's Day.


Drawing from the Triple Goddess myth, we will explore a range of themes which impact and connect us all, including:

 

  • Playfulness, open-mindedness and new beginnings (Maiden)

  • Creativity, power, self-care, and giving and receiving love (Mother)

  • Fulfillment, wisdom and endings (Crone)

 

The workshop will comprise a thematic yoga practice, as well as guided meditation, reflection and optional sharing in the group. 
 

Our aim is that you leave feeling clearer, inspired and motivated to work towards achieving your hopes and aspirations, whether they relate to vocation, relationships, self-esteem, confidence or anything else that matters to you.

Price: £15 per person. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided.

LAW OF ATTRACTION WORKSHOPS

Whether you are new to the law of attraction or not, these 3-hour workshops get your imagination firing and awakens your creative (inner-)self. Julia Sandford invites you to be playful and dream big. Mixing theory and practice, this workshop leaves you feeling GREAT!

This is a monthly event (typically the first Sunday of every month); activities vary every time and can include:

  • Visualisation

  • Writing

  • 'Present-tense daydreaming'

  • Sharing time

  • Q&A

  • ... and plenty more!

Julia adapts the activities based on what the group wishes to get out of the workshop, so whatever you desire, she will make it so! If you have already been to one of her workshops and enjoyed it, please join again as every workshop is different and offers a unique experience!

YOGA COURSE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS

Learn the foundations of yoga practice, including common poses (asanas) and breathing techniques to calm the mind.

You will develop body awareness and confidence in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, and will be encouraged to progress at your own pace so that you can discover the benefits of yoga for yourself.

Maximum class size of 8 people, so you will get plenty of individual instruction!

Everything you need is provided  (including yoga mats and props), though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Wear shorts or leggings and a vest or t-shirt - something comfortable and reasonably close-fitting works well as it won’t restrict your movement. 

We do our classes in bare feet and suggest that you don't eat for 2 hours before class starts.

This course will suit you if you are new to yoga, unless you have a serious medical condition, have had recent major surgery, or are pregnant. If you are unsure whether this course is for you, just give us a call.
