Please arrive 5 minutes early so you can get settled in and class can start on time.
We have limited space for changing, so make sure you allow yourself enough time if you need to get changed on the premises.
We operate without a reception, so may not be able to let in latecomers. Please be on time so that you're not disappointed.
Online booking is recommended however drop-ins are possible! If you are dropping in, you can pay your teacher directly.

What to expect
I've never done yoga before - can I still come to class?
Absolutely! We'd love to support you taking your first steps into the wonderful world of Yoga! If you'd like some help deciding what class would be best for you, why not drop us an email and one of the Team will call you back for a chat.
I'm not flexible - will I be able to do the class?
It is such a common misconception that you have to be flexible in order to do Yoga. In reality, Yoga is so much more than bending your body and our classes reflect this fully. Expect a holistic practice with lots of support from your teacher to ensure you are comfortable and at ease throughout your class.
Can I hire the space?
Yes, we are here for our local community to use! Get in touch directly to discuss your needs.

I'm not sure what class to take or what will suit me?
