Attending a class?

  • The studio is located at the junction of Walm Lane and Willesden Lane, near the Barclays and Lloyds banks, and next door to Powerhouse Fitness.

  • As we are on the main road, so you may hear a few typical London sounds during our classes.

  • The doors generally open 10 minutes before classes start.

  • We have mats available for you to use but welcome you bringing your own if you have one.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early so you can get settled in and class can start on time.

  • We have limited space for changing, so make sure you allow yourself enough time if you need to get changed on the premises.

  • We operate without a reception, so may not be able to let in latecomers. Please be on time so that you're not disappointed.

  • Online booking is recommended however drop-ins are possible! If you are dropping in, you can pay your teacher directly.

  • COVID-19: hand sanitiser is placed throughout the studio and we ask that you use it on entry and of course, please do not come to the studio if you are feeling unwell.

I've never done yoga before - can I still come to class?

Absolutely! We'd love to support you taking your first steps into the wonderful world of Yoga! If you'd like some help deciding what class would be best for you, why not drop us an email and one of the Team will call you back for a chat.

I'm not flexible - will I be able to do the class?

It is such a common misconception that you have to be flexible in order to do Yoga. In reality, Yoga is so much more than bending your body and our classes reflect this fully. Expect a holistic practice with lots of support from your teacher to ensure you are comfortable and at ease throughout your class.

Can I hire the space?

Yes, we are here for our local community to use! Get in touch directly to discuss your needs. 

I want to access yoga / pilates but I can't afford it at the moment - is there anything you can do to help?

Of course, it's been a tough year for everyone and we never want people to feel excluded from wellbeing activities due to price. Contact us directly, without fear of judgement. No questions asked. We'll help you.

I'm not sure what class to take or what will suit me? 

Why not have a chat with one of our team so they can get a sense of what you're looking for and what will suit you best. Email us to organise an introductory call. 

What should I bring to class?

We have everything you'll need for your class available for you to use, although we would be grateful if you could bring your own mat if you have one. 

I'm pregnant - what classes are suitable for me?

Please get in touch so we can advise what classes will be best for you. 

Do I need to book in advance?

We have an online booking system which we would recommend using for ease - once you've signed up, you'll be able to book classes and buy class packs at a discounted rate quickly and easily. If you are not able to book in advance, you can also drop-in. Please make sure to do so in plenty of time so we have time to get you set up.
