Adriel completed his Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. His classes are deeply rooted in the yoga traditions, focussing on body, mind and soul through the practice of asanas (postures), breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation. He aims to leave you feeling more conscious and able to connect with your true essence to live each day wholeheartedly.
Rishaad is a meditation teacher offering a unique and novel set of practices to both beginners and experienced meditators. After many years at the feet of saints in India and abroad, he began teaching in 2019. Today he lives in London with his partner Benaisha.
Benaisha completed her teacher training in India, and spent several years there exploring it's rich spiritual traditions. Her classes draw on this experience and students can expect gentle, nourishing flows that leave you feeling grounded and at peace. She undertook further training in Restorative Yoga under Anna Ashby at TriYoga and is passionate about sharing these postures and their significant benefits with all her students.
Carina is an experienced yogini who has been teaching for over 10 years, with over 750hours of training in Táraka Yoga in Brazil and subsequently in India. Yoga is her passion and embedded in everything that she does. Her classes which focus on connecting body, mind, breath and spirit. She is also trained in pregnancy yoga and her classes are suitable for pregnant women.
Working in London as a physiotherapist and teaching Pilates for 10 years, Finola has developed a unique and holistic practice. Through completing additional post graduate training including psychological therapy for pain, she delivers bespoke Pilates classes ranging from beginners to advanced level and for those with underlying conditions. She is also trained in ante and postnatal Pilates which can help reduce common issues with pregnancy.
Ivana teaches Hatha and Vinyasa classes with a strong focus on alignment and clear detailed instructions. She recognises the remarkable impact yoga has had on her overall wellbeing, helping her to feel balanced, strong, focused, grounded, mindful and more. She loves sharing this practice with her students, inspiring them to find the same benefits that she has found through her own practice.
Lila is a passionate about teaching and practising Yoga and Mindfulness. Her classes focus on each individual's inner journey and inquisitive exploration of both the physical body and the mind, leading students to develop a strong body and heart and a clearer mind. Her teaching also incorporates contemporary knowledge of Anatomy, Biomechanics and Neuroscience.
After fourteen years of practising, Odessa remains astounded by the positive impact yoga has had on her body, overall wellbeing and ability to face life's challenges with more calm and acceptance. She is trained in Vinyasa Flow and Scaravelli inspired yoga and her teaching style is influenced by psychotherapeutic approaches that enable personal growth and change. In her classes you can expect a balanced focus on alignment, humour and graceful coordination.
Patricia is a qualified Physiotherapist who has been practicing Physiotherapy, massage therapy and teaching Pilates for over 10 years. Her classes focus on whole body movement and are the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching with the aim of a strong, painless, functional body!
Julie has been teaching pregnancy/postnatal yoga and childbirth education since 1991 and her classes reflect her wealth of experience, providing practical advice and encouragement to women throughout their pregnancies and as new mothers. Her main focus is supporting women to have a joyful, empowered birth, whatever the kind of birth they choose.

Trish has been practising yoga for over 15 years. She is passionate about introducing people to yoga, not only the physical aspect and the benefits that brings in terms of flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health but also to share her knowledge on the power of breathwork and meditation.
Laura has been a Body Control Pilates teacher for 20 years, following her belief that Pilates balances strength with flexibility to make you feel great. Laura pays close attention to the smallest details in every exercise, ensuring that everybody in her class gets the maximum benefit from the time spent with her.
Sejal has been practising Kundalini yoga for 20 years. Her journey began in 2001 at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh, India when she met Gurmukh – world renowned Kundalini yoga teacher. She qualified in 2005 as a Kundalini yoga teacher at the Karam Kriya School with Shiv Charan Singh and Satya Kaur and in Pregnancy Yoga with the International Kundalini Teachers’ Association.
