Lila is a passionate about teaching and practising Yoga and Mindfulness. Her classes focus on each individual's inner journey and inquisitive exploration of both the physical body and the mind, leading students to develop a strong body and heart and a clearer mind. Her teaching also incorporates contemporary knowledge of Anatomy, Biomechanics and Neuroscience.
Carina is an experienced yogini who has been teaching for over 10 years, with over 750hours of training in Táraka Yoga in Brazil and subsequently in India. Yoga is her passion and embedded in everything that she does. Her classes which focus on connecting body, mind, breath and spirit. She is also trained in pregnancy yoga and her classes are suitable for pregnant women.
Benaisha completed her teacher training in India, and spent several years there exploring it's rich spiritual traditions. Her classes draw on this experience and students can expect gentle, nourishing flows that leave you feeling grounded and at peace. She undertook further training in Restorative Yoga under Anna Ashby at TriYoga and is passionate about sharing these postures and their significant benefits with all her students.
Adriel completed his Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. His classes are deeply rooted in the yoga traditions, focussing on body, mind and soul through the practice of asanas (postures), breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation. He aims to leave you feeling more conscious and able to connect with your true essence to live each day wholeheartedly.
Megan has been practising yoga for 15 years and trained with Cat Alip-Douglas at Sangyé Yoga School. She teaches a vinyasa style of yoga using clear instructions and hands-on assists to help students move deeper into the postures. Also a trained hypnobirthing practitioner, Megan passionately believes in the power of the breath to calm the physical body and focus the mind.Expect a dynamic and joyful flow class culminating in deep relaxation.
Julie has been teaching pregnancy/postnatal yoga and childbirth education since 1991 and her classes reflect her wealth of experience, providing practical advice and encouragement to women throughout their pregnancies and as new mothers. Her main focus is supporting women to have a joyful, empowered birth, whatever the kind of birth they choose.

She works with people of all ages, and her focus has been supporting women over 40 address various health challenges. She is passionate about nutrition and the exploration of herbs and foods that promote health and wellbeing. Her classes are fun and relaxed and perfect for those new to Pilates.
Rishaad is a meditation teacher offering a unique and novel set of practices to both beginners and experienced meditators. After many years at the feet of saints in India and abroad, he began teaching in 2019. Today he lives in London with his partner Benaisha.

Sejal has been practising Kundalini yoga for 20 years. Her journey began in 2001 at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh, India when she met Gurmukh – world renowned Kundalini yoga teacher. She qualified in 2005 as a Kundalini yoga teacher at the Karam Kriya School with Shiv Charan Singh and Satya Kaur and in Pregnancy Yoga with the International Kundalini Teachers’ Association.
Kirsty is a midwife who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, including during her own 3 pregnancies. She is fascinated with the physiological process of pregnancy, birth and beyond and is passionate about empowering parents to have a positive birth experience. Also trained in Hypnobirthing and an experienced massage therapist, including Baby Massage.
