Lila

Lila is a passionate about teaching and practising Yoga and Mindfulness. Her classes focus on each individual's inner journey and inquisitive exploration of both the physical body and the mind, leading students to develop a strong body and heart and a clearer mind. Her teaching also incorporates contemporary knowledge of Anatomy, Biomechanics and Neuroscience.

Tahiche

Tahíche has been teaching traditional Hatha yoga for over 20 years. Her addition of mantras and mudras to the asana practice helps facilitate a deep meditative state that helps release emotional blockages, unlocks inner strength, balance and cultivates a strong feeling of connection with the divine.

Audrey

Audrey's  classes follow the traditional Hatha Yoga practices including Jattis (Warm-Ups), Kriyas (structured movements), Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices) & relaxation. 
Her classes aim to leave you in a state of balance and self-alignment, empowering you to live your life mindfully and responsibly.
