Reiki

Jessica discovered Reiki during her own healing journey and experienced first-hand its ability to support emotional wellbeing, restore balance, and deepen self-awareness. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her life, she now offers Reiki as a gentle and compassionate practice to help others reconnect with themselves and find space for rest, healing, and renewal.

Her treatments provide a calm and supportive environment where clients can slow down, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind. Alongside her private practice, Jessica volunteers her time offering Reiki to healthcare professionals and vulnerable communities, reflecting her belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate care.

Optimal Breathwork

Breathing is something we do thousands of times a day, yet the way we breathe can have a significant influence on how we feel, move, sleep, and respond to stress. Optimal Breathing is about developing a more functional and efficient breathing pattern that supports the body rather than working against it.

In personalised sessions, Lila explores how you currently breathe and helps you develop greater awareness and ease through practical breathing techniques. Her approach draws on breath science, mindfulness, and an understanding of the nervous system, with practices adapted to your individual needs.

Whether you want to breathe more comfortably, support relaxation, improve your relationship with stress, or simply understand your breathing better, sessions offer a practical way to reconnect with one of the body’s most fundamental functions.

Breathe better. Feel better.
